The JKK Ranch invites you to experience Texas hunting in the beautiful Hill Country of Gillespie County approximately 13 miles North of Fredericksburg. The ranch has been family owned and operated since 1846 and in an effort to produce a quality game hunting program, no hunting has been allowed in the past 10 years. In addition to the ranch being high fenced, 25 self-feeders have been placed on the ranch for a year round self feeding program.
JKK Ranch strives to make each hunt something special.
Hunters stay in the comfort of our hunter's Lodge. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities of home. The lodge has three bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining and living area.
Drinks are included.
Satellite TV available.
Hearty meals are provided.
A management program
has been implemented to produce a large quality herd of whitetail
and exotics.
Trail cameras and video cameras are used
to monitor the herd. Hunts which include one buck, one doe, and
unlimited predators range from 2
to 4 days and are fully guided, except for whitetail doe hunts. The
guides are trained to be familiar with the ranch, blind locations and
the deer
herd.
Each hunter is provided his/her own guide. Good quality box blinds are
placed near automatic feeders.
Upon arrival, guns will be sighted in at our conveniently located rifle range.
In addition to home-style hospitality you can enjoy magnificent Hill Country
scenic
views from the lodge.
We will be happy to pick you up if you are flying into the Gillespie
County Airport located in Fredericksburg or any nearby airport.
